When the KDO Redispersible polymer powder (RDP) is stirred evenly in the putty powder and mixed with water, the polymer emulsion is formed when it meets water, and the cement gel is gradually formed through the initial hydration of the cement, and the liquid phase is formed by Ca(OH)2 during the hydration process. Saturated, while the latex powder is dispersed into fine polymer particles, which are deposited on the surface of the cement gel/unhydrated cement particle mixture; as the cement is further hydrated, the water in the capillary pores decreases, and the polymer particles are gradually restricted in the capillary pores, A tightly packed layer is formed on the cement gel/unhydrated cement particle mixture and the surface of the filler; under the action of hydration reaction, base layer absorption and surface evaporation, the water is further reduced, and the emulsion is dehydrated again during the drying process, and the formed stacked layer gathers forming a film, bonding the hydration reaction products together to form a complete network structure, the composite system formed by cement hydration and latex powder film formation, the combined effect of which can improve the dynamic crack resistance of putty.
