Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), is non-ionic cellulose ether. It is used as thickener, emulsifier, film-former, binder, dispersing agent, protective colloids and water-reten-tion agents in construction mortar.

Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), referred to as EIFS, is composed of polystyrene foam insulation board, special glue, alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh cloth and decorative surface layer and is attached to the outside of the exterior wall. , a lightweight, environmentally friendly, non-load-bearing exterior maintenance building wall system that integrates thermal insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation, waterproofing and decoration functions, and is widely used in commercial and civil buildings.


Masonry mortar is the mortar used to build bricks, stones, blocks and other blocks into masonry. It plays the role of bonding, lining and force transmission, and is an important part of masonry. Cement mortar is suitable for masonry construction in humid environments and with high strength requirements. Good water retention and good adhesion; small shrinkage and good frost resistance.
