HPMC MP15DS is a low viscosity modified HPMC (Viscosity (Brookfield RV, 2% solution 20℃): 8000-11000mPas).

Its main modifications are: delayed dissolve and surface treatment.

Its aqueous solution has thermal gel behavior and is soluble in cold water. It can form a gel to precipitate when heated and dissolve again after cooling.

Low-viscosity hydroxypropyl methylcellulose has a shorter molecular chain, lower viscosity, and higher transparency. It does not affect rheology, but it still has functions such as dispersion, emulsification, and stabilization. The application field is relatively narrow. In the field of dry mixed mortar, it is mainly used for tile adhesive, cement based render/plastering, and block laying adhesive.
