KSM-200 high-efficiency water-reducing agent is a water-soluble anionic high-polymer dielectric. Its main component is sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin. It has strong adsorption and dispersion effects on cement. It adopts a special process to effectively reduce the water content of traditional melamine. It is one of the water-reducing agents with excellent comprehensive performance in concrete and dry mortar.

Recommended Applications             
  1. KSM-200 high-efficiency water-reducing agent has good dispersion properties for aluminate and good water-reducing effect. It is used for making refractory concrete, refractory bricks, refractory castables, shaped or unshaped refractory materials with aluminate cement. , significantly improve the compressive and flexural strength of refractory materials, reduce the moisture porosity of refractory materials, increase density, and extend the life of refractory materials. The commonly used dosage is 0.5%-1.5% of the cementing material.
2. KSM-200 high-efficiency water-reducing agent is used in self-leveling cement mortar, non-metallic wear-resistant floors, and equipment foundation grouting to improve the workability of materials, increase the hardness and smoothness of the floor surface, and prevent cracks.
3. KSM-200 high-efficiency water-reducing agent is used as waterproof mortar and waterproof emulsion modifier to improve the impermeability of concrete or mortar.

Use, storage and transportation
During use, please be careful not to contact the eyes, mouth and skin with this product. It is recommended to use protective gloves and glasses. If it accidentally gets on it, please rinse the affected part with plenty of water.
Powder absorbs moisture easily and should be stored in the original sealed bag (3-layer plastic woven bag) and placed in a dry place. The temperature should not exceed 40℃, and do not stack them too high. Handle it with care during transportation to prevent damage, and avoid moisture during transportation. Water reducing agent is a non-toxic, non-irritating, non-flammable product.
